Advanced Course

Following the success of the Introductory Storytelling Programme at Sandfield Primary School, and the enthusiasm of our ladies, we planned and delivered an Advanced Storytelling Programme. this programme incorporated the new skills already learned by our participants plus introduced new ones. This term we introduced an arts and crafts element where we made our own puppets to illustrate our stories and a storysack (see photo) to enhance the whole storytelling experience. This part of the project was thoroughly enjoyed by the participants who rediscovered long forgotten creative skills! Yet again, the whole programme was enjoyed so much by the ladies that we will be extending the programme into the New Year.
