Sitesh Aloke

ABOUT THE POET

Based in Delhi, Sitesh Aloke is a leading poet and short story writer in Hindi. He is co-editor of Pratibha India, a quarterly devoted to the arts. The translations here are of poems from Sitesh Aloke's 2000 collection, Yatha Sambhav ('For the Reason'), published in Delhi by Medha Books.
